Peter Mutabazi – Foster Care Storytelling & Advocacy Content
In collaboration with foster care advocate and author Peter Mutabazi, I work as a photographer, videographer, and content manager focused on documenting powerful, human-centered stories of foster children, families, and lived experience within the child welfare system.
My role spans both creative production and logistical coordination — including planning and booking shoots, developing visual concepts, capturing photo and video content, and assisting with post-production editing and delivery. The goal of this work is to authentically reflect moments of joy, resilience, and everyday life while maintaining dignity and care for every subject involved.
Beyond production, I help shape the visual direction of ongoing storytelling efforts across social platforms and campaign materials, ensuring consistency in tone and emotional clarity. This includes selecting environments, guiding shoot structure, and adapting to real-time, unscripted moments with sensitivity and intention.
